Hello everyone,
the Pazz Creativity League has been running for almost four months, and with May approaching, we’re introducing a few thoughtful updates to make the experience clearer, fairer, and more engaging for everyone. This includes how submissions and voting work, along with how winners and prizes are structured.
A clearer structure
Each cycle now follows a simple and easy rhythm:
• In the middle of the previous month, we reveal the new theme. This gives you time to explore ideas and start shaping your story.
• From the 1st to the 15th, submissions are open. You create and upload your film, a 20-60 second video in 16:9 HD format. Each participant can submit one film per month.
• From the 16th until the end of the month, voting begins. The community watches the films and each user selects exactly three entries they believe stand out the most. This approach encourages more thoughtful choices and helps the strongest work rise naturally.
Previously, submissions and voting happened at the same time throughout the month. Now, each phase has its own dedicated space. This gives every film a fair chance to be seen and appreciated, while also making voting more intentional and meaningful. It is not just about views, it is about recognition from a community that values storytelling.
More than just winners
At the end of each month, the top creators are rewarded:
🥇 1st Place receives €500 and the PAZZ Creativity League Trophy
🥈 2nd Place receives €300
🥉 3rd Place receives €100
The trophy is more than a symbol. It is a custom piece engraved with the winner’s name and the month of their victory, a lasting mark of creative achievement.
It is also for the audience
The Creativity League is not only for creators. Viewers now are part of the experience as well.
Three participants who correctly predict the top three films, or come closest, will each win €100. This adds a strategic element to voting and encourages deeper engagement with the content.
